We Are Seeking:

STAR Physical Therapy is looking for a motivated individual with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence to join our team as a part-time (30 hours) Certified Athletic Trainer. This role will involve coverage at a soccer academy, event medicine, maternity leave coverage, and assisting other Athletic Trainers as needed. Excitingly, this position will transition to a full-time High School position in the next school year. We take pride in our dedication to our students, living our mission: To Serve.

Requirements: 

  • NATA-BOC Certified Athletic Trainer
  • Current CPR for the Professional Rescuer
  • Licensed as an Athletic Trainer in the state of Tennessee or license eligible
  • Ability to work closely with school staff and administration, parents, athletes, area health care providers and our clinics’ staff to build and maintain morale and work relationships.
  • Advise and follow TN State laws as well as TSSAA rules and guidelines
  • Outgoing and energetic personality
