The Star Veterinary Center of Muskego is seeking candidates to fill the role of veterinary receptionist! We are looking for an outgoing, motivated individual that wants to grow with our practice. Customer service experience is required. Veterinary medical knowledge is recommended, but we would be willing to train the right person.
Job duties include, but are not limited to: answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, completing transactions, preparing patient files, understanding basic principles of veterinary medicine, educating clients, and maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the lobby. Computer literacy is required.
Must be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, maintain a positive attitude, have great communication skills, and perform tasks completely and accurately.
This is a part-time position, which would include 3 days during the week and Saturday mornings. Pay is based on experience.
