Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, from invoicing to payment processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all accounting tasks.

Seeking: to fill position in accounts payable and recievable ,must have experience in construction billing, requesting waivers and releases for our venders and our customers

be able to open job accounts ,service call invoicing experience .Service Titan software

Experience in collections on payements that are old, Must have Quickbooks eperience

work well with others cross scope if needed team effort and a team player

Duties:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
- Utilize technical accounting knowledge to maintain financial records
- Execute payroll tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Conduct journal entries and maintain general ledger entries
- Familiarity with software such as Workday, QuickBooks, and other accounting systems
- Apply double-entry bookkeeping principles effectively

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in 10-key typing for data entry accuracy
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and practices
- Experience in account reconciliation and financial analysis
- Knowledge of journal entries and payroll processing
- Familiarity with technical accounting procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience with Workday software
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for accounting tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.62 - $22.43 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
