Key ResponsibilitiesAudit and Assurance Services: Conduct audits of financial statements in accordance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements. Prepare audit reports and provide recommendations to improve internal controls and financial processes.
Tax Planning and Compliance: Prepare and review tax returns, including individual, corporate, and partnership tax filings. Provide tax planning strategies and guidance to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax benefits for clients.
Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other relevant accounting standards.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic financial guidance, answering accounting-related questions, and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Team Leadership and Mentoring: Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to develop their technical skills and professional growth.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA certification is required.
3 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on auditing, tax, or advisory services.
