Stardom Employment Consultants is Hiring an IT Support Analyst Near Chicago, IL
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues
- Respond to service requests and incidents in a timely and efficient manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior IT staff as needed
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of user accounts, permissions, and access rights
- Document support activities, solutions, and ongoing issues
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on the use of IT systems and applications
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven 2-4 years of experience as an IT Support Analyst or in a similar technical support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Proficiency with common office software and applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, G Suite)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- High level of integrity and professionalism
