Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape. Utilize these insights to inform product positioning and messaging.
- Product Launches: Lead product launch initiatives, including developing go-to-market strategies, creating marketing materials, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Messaging and Positioning: Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that distinguish our products in the market and resonate with target customers.
- Sales Enablement: Develop sales collateral, presentations, and training materials to empower the sales team to effectively position and sell our products.
- Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate demand and drive product adoption. Collaborate with the demand generation team on campaign execution.
- Customer Engagement: Formulate strategies to engage and retain customers throughout their lifecycle. Produce customer-facing materials such as case studies, testimonials, and user guides.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market trends. Use insights to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting marketing strategies as needed.
- Product Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer internally. Collect feedback from customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to guide product development and marketing decisions.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Use data to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, customer success, and other teams to ensure alignment and drive product success.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in product marketing or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools is a plus.
