Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and develop customized solutions that address their business challenges.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the value and capabilities of our solutions to potential customers.
Provide technical expertise during the sales process, addressing customer questions and concerns regarding product functionality, integration, and deployment.
Solution Development & DesignDesign and configure solutions that align with customer requirements, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
Create detailed solution proposals, including architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and cost estimates.
Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and influence product development.
Customer Engagement & Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor to help them maximize the value of our solutions.
Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and training sessions to ensure successful adoption and usage of products.
Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Research & Industry KnowledgeStay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to represent the company and showcase our expertise.
Contribute to the development of marketing materials, case studies, and technical documentation.
QualificationsEducation & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a solutions engineering, technical sales, or a related role.
Technical SkillsStrong understanding of software development, cloud computing, and enterprise software solutions.
Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#) and web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and API integration.
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to system architecture, security, and performance.
Soft SkillsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
