We are looking for an experienced Brand Marketing Director to manage our branding and customer communications. The ideal person will have experience with planning, brand identity, new market development, hands on website development, social media presence, develop marketing materials, create RFQ’s-RFP, develop and implement growth/Marketing plans.

What you will do as a Brand Marketing Director role:

• Marketing performance metrics and use statistical modeling to interpret content consumption patterns and behavioral signals to provide recommendations for Marketing optimization.
• Develop marketing materials to penetrate new markets.
• Implement data analysis process.
• Generate insights and provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing outreach.
• Create new websites and SM content.
• Define our Brands’ goals and core values.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements for the Brand Marketing Director role:

• 5 years branding and communications.
• Pursuing RFQ-RFPs for utilities, surveying, or construction projects.
• Development experience is a plus.
• Brand metrics and measures.
• Brand promotion experience.
• Experience managing content.
