Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies:
  • Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Use various digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Content Creation and Management:
  • Develop engaging and relevant content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos.
  • SEO and SEM Management:
  • Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google AdWords to drive targeted traffic.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Email Marketing:
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated workflows.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better open and click-through rates.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track and measure the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to deliver successful marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Mailchimp.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles.
  • Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
