Parts Counter / Service Writer: Full Time Position:

Starting wage is DOE. May be more

Position will greet customers, check in units for repairs, and respond to customer needs in person or by telephone at the store location. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Self-motivated and have excellent customer service skills

Must be able to perform at a high level in a fast pace and team-oriented environment

Recommend parts and service to customers

Maintain and Build relationships with customers

Complete online training

Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs

Can effectively and accurately read parts diagram

Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays

Assembles equipment and can start equipment

Can lift 50 pounds

Assists in keeping store clean and orderly

Follows up on customer service issues by reporting to manager

Answers telephone calls

Handles cash and other forms of payment

Writes service orders and invoices for customers

Is familiar with computers

Must be able to work Saturdays

Knowledge of small engines, chainsaws etc. are preferred but not necessary

Stihl, Honda, Briggs and Stratton, Cub Cadet, Toro, Echo, Shindaiwa

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
