Job Description

Stark Tech is looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager! This position is responsible for the providing technical support to a multi-disciplined team for projects from concept to completion. Including participation in managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing and outside vendors, contractual deliverables, reviewing plans and other technical documents, answering questions regarding the scope and/or timing of the project, and monitoring costs and project progress.

What are we looking for?

  • 1-3 years of project management experience in building infrastructure and/or energy reduction initiatives required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of construction or HVAC industry required.
  • Must have or be able to obtain 10-hour OSHA certification.
  • Be highly motivated and an independent thinker.
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast pace setting and adapt/be flexible in a changing environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
  • Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency with handheld devices, such as Smartphones, iPads, etc.
  • Ability to communicate with customers and coworkers regarding inspection and service findings is required.
