**Description**

****Approach and Deployment (What to Do & How to Do It)****

- Answer incoming calls regarding technical and non-technical information

- Assist dispensers in fitting questions.

- Answer dispenser questions about Starkey and Starkey All-Make products.

- Clarify dispenser requests.

- Call dispenser with additional charges and estimates when requested.

- Support All Make Repair

- Stay current on Starkey products and processes.

- Provide repair information.

- Use JIT principals while performing duties.

- Answer problems from receiving and shipping.

- Process orders

- Accessories

- Warranties

- Credits

- Marketing materials

- Hearing aid parts, then invoice and ship

- Document calls

- Keep phone call records.

* Support Starkey Employee Corporate and/or Department Guidelines.

* Check and verify quality.

* Support corporate health and safety objectives.

* React to change productively and handle other essential duties as assigned.

****Job Requirements****

**Education:**

High school degree or equivalent required

**Experience:**

Minimum 1 year experience working in a hearing aid manufacturing environment preferred. Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred. Experience working with Macintosh and PC preferred

****Skills & Abilities****

* Excellent communication skills required.

* Good organizational skills required.

* Good problem solving/troubleshooting skills required

* Ability to type 25-30 WPM required.

* Letter writing skills a plus

* 10-key skills a plus
