The IT Product Owner will oversee the implementation, customization, and ongoing management of Anaplan solutions within an organization. This involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, designing solutions using Anaplan's platform, and leading agile teams through the development process. Key duties include defining user stories, managing the product backlog, and ensuring that Anaplan solutions meet the needs of stakeholders while aligning with organizational goals. Additionally, you'll be responsible for providing expertise on Anaplan best practices, training end-users, and driving continuous improvement of Anaplan solutions to optimize business performance. Key Skills/ Experience: Own the strategy and lifecycle management of Anaplan Financial models from inception, launching, scaling, and maturity. Understanding of information flows within an Insurance Company (especially Property and Casualty). From Underwriting, Claims, Reinsurance, Finance as well as how information is used for reporting. Anaplan Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Anaplan's capabilities, features, and limitations to effectively guide the development process. Modeling Proficiency: Ability to design and build complex models within Anaplan to meet business requirements. Business Acumen: Understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, sales performance management, supply chain planning, or other areas relevant to Anaplan's usage. Integration Skills: Familiarity with integrating Anaplan with other systems and data sources to ensure seamless data flow and accurate insights. Change Management: Skill in managing organizational change associated with implementing Anaplan, including user adoption and process redesign. Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, including finance, sales, operations, and IT, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. Agile Methodology: Experience working in agile environments to iteratively deliver value, manage backlogs, and prioritize features effectively. Performance Optimization: Knowledge of best practices for optimizing model performance and scalability within Anaplan. Training and Support: Capability to provide training and support to end-users to maximize their proficiency and utilization of Anaplan. Continuous Improvement: Commitment to ongoing improvement and optimization of Anaplan models and processes based on feedback and evolving business needs.
