We are seeking a Liquor Store Retail Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.

Liquor store associate will be required to work with customers that come to the store and assist them with the items or products that they are looking for. Must have knowledge of the liquor industry and be able to inform customers in a professional manner about the products that are available and products that are desired. They will be required to clean and dust items on shelves, put away products when required, take in delivery of stock if needed, stock the shelves with product, work on floor displays, follow directions that are given for tasks at hand, and etc.

Schedule: Monday-Saturday: 3:00pm - close; and some off hours if needed.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields

Requirements:

• Must have worked in a liquor store previously.
• Liquor experience is a required, minimum 1 year.
• Must be 21 in years.
• Must be able to lift heavy liquor boxes.
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
• Must have lottery register experience, minimum 1 year
