Job Summary:
- Manages the Information Technology help desk operations.
- Managing critical asset information data for User Access, Software Licenses, Computer Inventory, Mobile Phones and Printer Support Programs
- Handling/Computing communication input: Email, Phone and In Person
- Manage Access Control System for New Hires, Transfers, Terminations, New Users and Change Access Grants.
- Perform Asset Tagging
- Manage IT Peripheral Supplies.
- Work directly with Tech Support Level II & System Admin
Qualifications:
- Must be Excellent in MS Excel and good in MS Word and Internet.
- Must be Excellent in Customer Service.
- Must have strong Organizational skills, be Detail Oriented and able to multi-task.
- Must be very skilled in Ticketing Systems.
- Ability to interact well with all levels of users.
- When time is available, Aggressively Extend Skills needed to handle Tech I issues.
Education Requirements:
Minimum High School Diploma or GED
Years of Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience
