Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Personal Trainer to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional training experiences to our clients. From one-on-one sessions to large group personal training, this position offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about health, fitness, and making a positive impact on others' lives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to clients' specific needs, goals, and orthopedic limitations.
• Lead safe and effective group personal training sessions with 12 participants, focusing on proper body mechanics and providing exercise modifications.
• Help answer the phone and book appointments.
• Hold clients accountable by communicating with them out side of their workouts.
• Collaborate with staff to coordinate client care and ensure optimal results.
• Always maintain a space of cleanliness and organized equipment
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude to motivate and energize clients during workouts.
• Provide a fun, upbeat, and supportive atmosphere that encourages client engagement and improves community culture
• Uphold company standards and represent the SPF brand with professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and the public.
• Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in the health and fitness industry.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of Personal Training experience in the Health & Fitness Industry, (preferably experience training in a group setting as well)
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED Certification.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently and go above and beyond to contribute to the success of the business.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
• Demonstrated ability to modify exercises and adapt training programs for individuals with orthopedic limitations.
• Ability to maintain a professional and caring demeanor while representing the SPF brand.
• Coachable, trainable, and humble individual that is always looking to improve
• Energetic, outgoing personality with a knack for motivating and inspiring others.
• Past sales experience is not a requirement but is strongly preferred
