Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Member Experience (ME) Coordinator to join our team. The ME Coordinator will play a vital role in providing EXCEPTIONAL service to our dancers, families, and team members. This position is key to enhancing the overall member experience and contributing to the studio's success.

Key Responsibilities:

Enrollment Coordination and Onboarding:

• Manage the enrollment process for new students, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
• Facilitate student onboarding, ensuring all new members feel welcomed and supported.
• Achieve 90% enrollment conversions through successful sales tours and info calls.
• Propel enrollment by a minimum of 20 new students per month from August to December.

Retention Management:

• Execute targeted check-ins with students and families to ensure ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
• Celebrate student achievements, milestones, and progress with themed postcards/ribbons three times each week.
• Conduct student drop follow-up to understand reasons and improve retention.
• Maintain an 80% retention rate with no more than 5% attrition.
• Plan and execute monthly retention events successfully and on-time.

Dancer, Family, and Team WOW Efforts:

• Complete 10 member follow-up texts/calls per week.
• Send referral thank you cards/Starbucks gift cards each time a referral is received.
• Create and distribute the allotted number of promo bags for each community event.
• Plan and execute hallway decorations to enhance the studio environment.
• Purchase and plan team WOW appreciation gifts once a month.

Administrative Duties:

• Track student absences and communicate with families as needed.
• Oversee injury reporting and follow up with affected students and their families to ensure proper care and recovery.

Building Maintenance Management:

• Facilitate quality inspections of the facility and send results to the Director.
• Ensure the studio remains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Serve as the keeper of the keys, managing access and security.

Costume Management:

• Handle all aspects of costume management, including lifting, unboxing, organizing, steaming, and distribution.

Expectations:

• Cultivate authentic relationships by greeting parents/dancers by name and actively engaging with them, creating a sense of belonging and connection.
• Consistently deliver unparalleled service, going above and beyond to provide a seamless and exceptional experience.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• A friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.
• Passion for dance and commitment to the studio's mission and values.
• Previous experience in customer service, administrative roles, or the dance industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in using computer software and studio management systems.
