Overview:
We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Charge Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating nursing care activities in our facility. This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of nurses and healthcare staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers efficiently
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols
- Monitor patients' conditions closely, recognizing any changes or abnormalities, and taking appropriate action
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, assisting in their professional development
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using point click care
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care

- Strong skills for efficient patient prioritization

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Requirements:
- Active LPN license in OH
- CPR certification
- Previous experience as a Charge Nurse or in a leadership role is advantageous
