The Staff Accountant will assist in the administration of day-to-day operations in the Accounting Department. Duties to include, but not limited to data entry, bank reconciliations, general ledger postings, general ledger reconciliation and analysis. Assisting in other areas such as Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable as necessary.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Post entries and ensure proper documentation
• Process and record accounts payable transactions
• Prepare and process accounts receivable invoices
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare financial statements
• Assist in preparation of financial reports

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask
