Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a State Farm Agent Licensed Team Member located in Skokie, IL. As a team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with policy and coverage information, processing insurance quotes and applications, and handling customer inquiries and claims. You will also play a vital role in maintaining positive customer relationships and actively promoting State Farm insurance products and services.
