We are seeking remote individuals experienced in the insurance industry and possessing at least a Property/Casualty Insurance License to help provide outstanding customer service for our State Farm Insurance industry to help provide outstanding customer service for our State Farm Insurance Agency. Although, the agency is physically located in the Jefferson Park neighborhood of Chicago, this position is intended to be 100% remote.
Job Description:
State Farm office in the Jefferson Park neighborhood of Chicago is looking for a reliable, confident, hard-working individual with previous office experience who would like to develop a career in the insurance industry. This 100% remote position is located in the Central Time Zone and the hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday Chicago Time.
Daily Activities:
*Assist customers with policy changes.
*Call existing clients to perform coverage reviews and make appropriate recommendations.
*Help clients make payments and answer questions
*Develop relationships with clients.
*Act as a liaison between various State Farm departments and the client.
