The Agency Learning team is looking for an Instructional Designer to design online and classroom learning materials and/or edit content with plain language for a broad audience. This team is responsible for specializing in instructional design theory and application that enable the creation of learning materials for various learning audiences.

An Instructional Designer should be able to:

• Effectively prioritize responsibilities and time, maintain a high degree of creative output and ensure on-time delivery.
• Bring an outside-in perspective to champion innovation and advocate for modern learning design.
• Cultivate and maintain partnerships with other key Agency Learning teams.
• Develop learning that is easily consumed and supports agents and their teams.

• Think about the future of learning to proactively identify and deliver on new and emerging approaches.

• Learn from mistakes, adapt quickly, and apply those learnings to drive continuous improvement.

**This position will be a Hybrid work arrangement located in Bloomington, IL; Dunwoody, GA; Richardson, TX or Tempe, AZ. Remote work arrangements will be considered for qualified applicants that live outside of the 4 listed locations. Relocation benefits will not apply.**

Salary Range: $75,260.25 - $117,000

Potential yearly incentive pay up to 10% of base salary may be available

For California, New York, and Connecticut state candidates (potential geographic difference apply):

Potential salary range: $75,260.25- $128,700

• Visual Design: Ability to use graphic design, visual layouts, and user experience design to effectively combine visual and contextual information to effectively reach an audience.
• Creativity: Ability to generate a variety of ideas, concepts and solutions that are novel or innovative; thinks outside of the box and thinks about problems or issues in new and different ways using imagination to better solve problems.

Competitive candidates will have the following:

• Successfully obtained completed undergraduate or graduate studies in Technical Communication, Corporate Training & Development, Adult Learning Theory, Learning Technologies, Instructional Design, Journalism, Communications, or Public Relations

• Has knowledge in Video creation and editing, audio editing, graphic design, writing and communications

• Experience using Camtasia, Articulate and/or Captivate or other video editing and marketing platforms

• Instructional Design, Project Management and/or Consulting experience
