Requirements:

- Obtain a Property & Casualty license (We will guide you!)

- Pass a state background check.

Responsibilities:
- Showing your clients how awesome you are by advising them on how to best protect their families using State Farm’s world-famousinsurance productsand customer service.
- You will begin servicing our book of business, identifying opportunities to enhance coverage and provide additional value to each policyholder.
- You will cold call, warm call, ask for referrals, network in the community, and build your brand within the agency. All leads are provided by the agent.
- Meet & exceed goals and performance metrics. Everything you need to be successful will be given to you through resources and training.
- Developing your knowledge of how to best protect your clients, help your coworkers, and add your energy to our already amazing agency.
