Your Specific Responsibilities :

Subject to emergency duty in the event of a natural disaster

Completion of all mandatory or assigned trainings within the required time frame

Responsible for scanning and uploading of applications and permits into EHD.

Responsible for proper disposal of the paper record per DOH guidelines.

Responsible for data entry of EH permits applications.

Responsible for data entry of EH inspections as needed.

Responsible for monitoring the group email and responding to customer concerns, putting on jobs for inspection and filing.

Responsible for back-up receptionist duties such as phones and greeting walk-ins.

Qualifications : Minimum -

Minimum -

Clerical experience including data entry, numerical filing, and scanning.

Compter skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.

At least 6months experience in an office setting.

Preferred -

Experience with Environmental Health Database

Experience with CD Plus Permitting System

Experience with DOH Environmental Public Health programs
