Duties and Responsibilities
This position is authorized to audit and process for payment service and commodity purchases in the MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) eProcurement web-based system and directly in the Florida Accounting Information Resource (FLAIR). The incumbent is authorized to approve for payment the State of Florida Fuel Card program (WEX), Goodyear, PRIDE, Seized Tags, FLEET and EMIS invoices using the departments in-house Financial Accounting Management Exchange system (FAME). Assist with program testing, data analysis, creation and maintenance of informational accounting reports. The incumbent is authorized to resolve problems on PO’s with agency personnel and vendors by written correspondence, email or telephone. Incumbent is authorized to work with section staff in the analysis and correction of the aged encumbrance report and the review of all outstanding PO’s prior to the close of the fiscal year. Due to the interaction with agency personnel and vendors the incumbent must have proven exemplary customer service skills.
