PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* maintain patient flow,

* identify patient needs,

* administer medications,

* provide health education,

* resolve concerns,

* and implement methods as directed to improve care and the patient experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

* A graduate from a recognized certified and/or registered Medical Assistant program or an approved school of nursing.

* Certificate as a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant or license as an LPN or RN in the State of employment.

* Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is desired but not required.
