Under direct supervision, the Fleet Coordinator coordinates the assignment, maintenance, and replacement of vehicles in a fleet program.
Assists with managing purchase orders, overseeing shipping schedules, and maintaining records.
Assures that routine maintenance and safety checks are performed.
Dispatches vehicles and responds to questions concerning policies and procedures.
Maintains fleet program records and vehicle records relating to maintenance, operation, and costs.
Receives and disperses new equipment, the removal of surplus equipment, and transfers of vehicles within agency guidelines.
Performs other duties as assigned.
