The Center of Excellence Bureau is hiring Human Services Program Specialists in the Wraparound Competency center. In this position, you will have the opportunity to be part of a program that seeks to empower some of the highest-risk youth and families in Idaho to take the lead in achieving their personal goals and vision through the help of a supportive team. Wraparound Care Coordination practices will be completed in a hybrid fashion, some in-person and some remotely based on the unique needs of youth and families served.
This position is hub based, located in the Southwest Hub. On a statewide level, the Human Service Program Specialist will provide subject matter expertise for Wraparound, training, mentoring, coaching, and technical assistance in Idaho WInS (Wraparound Intensive Services), Idaho’s high-fidelity model of Wraparound, an Intensive Care Coordination practice. They will evaluate and support Wraparound Care Coordinators in achieving high fidelity in Wraparound delivery. These staff help gather data to measure statewide outcomes and assist CoE Leadership in using this data to educate and advise state and local policy makers. These positions serve as a Subject Matter Expert in assisting CoE Leadership in the promulgation of administrative code when needed, and development and implementation of standards and manuals that support the Wraparound practice.
