The Idaho Division of Veterans Services (IDVS) is looking for exceptional individuals at the Veterans Home in Pocatello who can add value to our amazing NIGHT SHIFTteam.This opening is for a full-time NIGHT SHIFTposition and comes with amazing state benefits. - Performs personal nursing care for elderly residents
- Determines resident needs and takes and records vital signs
- Provides personal hygiene care and maintains a safe and sanitary resident-care environment
- Lifts, positions, transports, and escortsresidents and assists with walking and other body movements
- Feedsresidents who require assistance and implements individualresident treatment plans as outlined by supervisor
- Records resident care, reporting changes in physical or mental status to health-care team
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Possession of Nursing Assistant Certification and listed on the Idaho State Nurse Aide Registry
