Minimum Qualification RequirementsGraduation from an accredited law school and two years of successful and responsible experience in the practice of law;
OR
eighteen months of experience in the practice of law in the Department of Justice shall be considered as qualifying experience.

- Provide day-to-day legal advice, including on employment-related matters.
- Represent agencies, boards, commissions, and their employees in administrative tribunals, as well as state and federal courts, including appellate courts.
- Assist with the review and drafting of administrative rules.
