The HR Analyst position involves working various systems and reports to ensure the agency is compliant with State Civil Service Rules and guidelines. The ideal candidate will have experience within the Human Resources field and competent computer science skills. Additionally, the HR Analyst would help streamline HR processes by suggesting relevant insights and analyzing data about key HR processes. This position will report to the Human Resources Supervisor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
35% Human Resources Compliance – responsible for ensuring the agency meets the established State Civil Service guidelines for the following activities and tasks:
20% Customer Service & Work Quality – responsible for exemplifying excellent customer service through daily interactions and outcomes:
10% Other duties as assigned – responsible for any additional HR duties that may be assigned.
