Functions as RN Shift Supervisor providing nursing care and monitoring - nursing care delivery for patients with physical and psychological conditions.
Supervises, assigns and evaluates staff. Trains staff, patients, and their families. Monitors for safe, sanitary and humane environment. Support through positive behavior and attitude, the Affirmative Action Plan, the Mission, Vision and values of Caro Center and the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services.
To Be Considered, You MUST
Required Education And ExperienceEducationCompletion of a degree in nursing or nursing school educational program accepted for registered nurse licensure by the Michigan Board of Nursing.
ExperienceOne year of experience equivalent to a Registered Nurse P11.
Alternate Education And ExperienceAlternate Education and ExperienceRegistered Nurse Manager 12Possession of a master's degree in nursing may be substituted for one year of experience equivalent to a Registered Nurse P11; or, possession of a bachelor's degree in nursing may be substituted for six months of experience equivalent to a Registered Nurse P11.
Additional Requirements And InformationPossession of a Michigan registered nurse license in good standing.
