State of Missouri is Hiring an Administrative Support Professional-7.2.24 Near Jefferson, MO

The Division or Finance and Administrative Services (DFAS) is seeking applications for an Administrative Support Professional to join our team, located in Cole County.

Annual Salary: $46,102.09
Job Location: This position will be located at 3418 Knipp Drive, Jefferson City, Missouri.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist with telecommunication functions such as billing issues, report research, and other services as needed.
  • Assist with regional functions such as: monthly vehicle expenditure reports, reconciliation of Wright Express Fuel (WEX) bills, maintenance of files and records; requisitioning, storage, issuance, and/or local procurement of supplies, services and equipment; and approval of requisitions.
  • Review and reconcile Wright Express Fuel (WEX) invoices and lodging invoices for accuracy and completion; notify appropriate DSS staff of inconsistencies, and forward documentation to DFAS Accounts Payable.
  • Review and reconcile for accuracy and completeness the vehicle expenditure logs and UMB statements; notify and resolve inconsistencies found with DSS staff; enter data in tracking log systems timely and accurately.
  • Exercise independent judgment and initiative; work is reviewed for conformance to established policies and procedures.
  • Performs other related work as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications4-6 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
