This position will be domiciled in St. Louis - Page Office. This position will have the ability to work remotely a portion of the week upon successful completion of the initial onboarding period.

Role Description
This position specializes in evaluating initial intake applications for individuals requesting supports and waivered services through the Division of Developmental Disabilities. A person in this role ensures that individuals meet all programmatic eligibility criteria, arranges comprehensive assessments, and provides a summary of findings and recommendations to a multi-professional team. This position plays an essential role to improve the quality of life, assure health and safety, support access to community participation, and increase opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
