Location: Wainwright State Office Building, Suite 504, St. Louis, Missouri

TEMP POSITION: $15 hourly rate

HOW THIS POSITION SUPORTS THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION:

This temp position provides administrative office support for attorneys handling violations of driver licensing and motor vehicle statutes. Duties include preparing pleadings, letters and other documents for legal cases; coordinating with courts/officers for trial dates and obtaining documents for use in court; answering and directing phone calls; mailing documents and sorting/processing incoming mail; and providing general office support to staff attorneys.

DUTIES PERFORMED TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION

• Prepare and process legal documents
• Assist with case file preparation
• Enter case information on the Case Management System to keep files current
• Answer or direct phone calls to appropriate staff regarding case status

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in office setting, preferably a legal setting
• Detail oriented and have excellent organization skills
• Ability to multitask
• Good communication skills
