This temporary position will be assigned to the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs. This position is located at 164 Longs Plant Farm Rd., Goldsboro, NC 27534.
This position requires performing a variety of support activities involved in cemetery operations. Â This includes burial operations such as assisting in the operation of a backhoe to open/close graves, burying caskets and installing headstones. Â He/She will assist in performing scheduled maintenance on equipment. Â Ability to lift 75 pounds with and without help. Â Work is performed indoors and outdoors in all type of weather conditions.NOTE: Â Qualified applicants must meet and CLEARLY reflect on their application training and experience and all knowledge, skills, abilities, and any experience or competencies specified in the posting and/or supplemental question(s) to be considered.
