State of North Dakota is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Bismarck, ND

Summary of Work
The ND Department of Trust Lands has an opening for a dynamic, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant in the front office of the Administrative Division, in the Bismarck, ND office.
The ND Department of Trust Lands: managesthe permanent educational trust funds and assets under the Board of University and School Lands control. The Department consists of 33 fulltime team members, administers approximately $7 billion of financial asset investments, over 706,600 surface acres, and over 2.5 million mineral acres. The Administrative Assistant: will be the first point of contact to clients and stakeholders, and deliver excellent customer service, while providing information and responding to inquiries, in person and over the phone/email. The position will process bank deposits and outgoing checks, manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, and perform various administrative duties and special projects. Must have strong administrative sills, with the ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
To thrive in the position , you must be highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks proactively and accurately in an efficiently and timely manner. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, visitors, and team members. Requires strong interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset and the ability to offer effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction by build positive relationships.
Starting Salary Range: $48,000 - $54,000 annually ($4,000 - $4,500 monthly)
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or two years of administrative work experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
