Hiring Range: $21-$23 hourly
Help change the world and improve the lives of North Dakota citizens. As an Administrative Assistant you will provide support to our EduTech team, by serving internal and external customers. This hybrid role is a long term, temporary opportunity, and does provide state paid medical insurance.

Multitasking and time prioritization come easy to you, and you possess confidence in problem solving and decision-making abilities.You will need to be approachable and understand what is meant by creating a positive customer experience in a large, fast paced IT department.
In this position you will:
Assist with communication and marketing efforts. Write, edit and design internal/external communications, create and/or edit images, charts, and graphics, and assist customers.
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and utilize the Microsoft Office suite.
Calendar and travel coordination for EduTech stakeholders
Assist with event coordination and promotional item purchasing for EduTech functions
General data entry and office management tasks
Work both independently and as part of a highly collaborative team
To be considered for this position, you will need two years of experience performing a variety of complex office support tasks, utilizing Microsoft Outlook and Teams. Preference given to candidates with previous experience working in a large IT environment.
