Job ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for the control of delinquent accounts and pending late payment reminders.
Preferred QualificationsPrevious collections experience and appropriate computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, are preferred.

- Assist with the collection and recording of administrative fees to ensure timely and accurate
- Assists with contract reporting to ensure timely reporting and contract compliance through
- Audits vendor contract usage reporting files to ensure compliance with contractual
- Market Research and Business Cases assigned Contracts.
- Conduct contract audits and other related items to ensure compliance with the consolidated Procurement Code.
- Assist in budget preparations, revenue forecasting, accountability reporting, and daily
- Provide other finance related and analytical support to the Business Operations section.
- Make follow-up telephone calls on delinquent accounts and maintain accurate records.
