Job ResponsibilitiesThe agency is seeking an attorney to join the Office of General Counsel and support the program responsible for the award, administration, and oversight of State government contracts. Contracting areas include information technology, complex services, supplies, and construction. Law practice areas include administrative, general government, public records and open meetings, construction, general contract, and information technology. Minimum And Additional RequirementsA juris doctor degree or its equivalent from an accredited law school. Licensed as an attorney in the United States. Prior to employment, applicant must be a member in good standing with the South Carolina Bar. Please highlight any significant experience in complex transactions or construction litigation.
