This is the job for you. The Capstone Scholars Administrative Assistant provides administrative support for the Capstone Scholars Program. This position manages a various records for the Capstone Scholars Program, business processes, and department communications. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Manage primary communication channels of the Capstone Scholars Program including the phone, email, and calendar accounts.
2. Maintains an active, organized, and regularly updated system of over 2800 records per academic year including roster files, student attributes, withdrawals, and student participation metrics via the Capstone Scholars dashboard and Garnet Gate.
3. Act as main office contact for various business processes associated with purchasing payment requests, purchase orders, reimbursements, journal entries, and travel using the Student Affairs and Academic Support central ticketing system.
