Responsibilities
- Serves as the USCB and Beaufort/Jasper Higher Education Commission’s Procurement Officer and Inventory Control Manager.
- Manages the USCB Procurement Card Program.
- Reviews & verifies all contracts, assesses campus risk, and manages all insurance policies for USCB & BJHEC and the processing of any campus insurance claims.
- Assesses cost savings measures with utilization of state contracts, and the management of bid and solicitation processes.
- Manages the inventory campus wide.

- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years procurement experience, which may be substituted by equivalent combination of certification, training, education and/or experience.
