Job Responsibilities- Plan and perform financial, operational, and compliance audits of DDSN Central Office, DDSN Regional Centers, DDSN-operated community settings, and provider network.
- Identify, document, and evaluate risk.
- Develop written audit programs.
- Conduct testing and analysis of controls to determine adequacy and effectiveness.
- Prepare written workpapers to document testing results and conclusions reached.
- Effectively communicate engagement results to management both verbally and in writing.
- Evaluates the significance of findings and develops written audit observations for reportable/significant findings and dashboard reports for verbal comments.
- Presides over audit entrance and exit conferences.
- Drafts audit reports and technical assistance visit communications. Ensures that final engagement communications are clear, concise, and accurate.
- Conducts consumer funds and personal property training for provider organizations.
- Performs administrative and other duties as assigned. Enhances knowledge, skills, and other competencies through continuing professional development.

A Bachelor's Degree and professional experience in accounting, auditing, finance, insurance, or tax preparation and/or analysis.
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license. 3 or more years of audit experience.
