Job ResponsibilitiesProctors are generally responsible for administering exams for SCC students in a quiet environment while keeping tests and testing materials in a secure location until returned to instructors. Proctors are also responsible for proctoring exams from non-SCC institutions by abiding by policies put in place to create a secure testing environment for partnering colleges. In addition, the testing proctor maintains files, manages logs and records, compiles data, answers emails, and communicates daily with students, faculty, and other staff members.Minimum And Additional RequirementsBachelors DegreePreferred QualificationsThe Testing Proctor must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi­task efficiently during peak testing hours. Good communication and customer service skills are essential.
