DSHS BHA Institution Counselor 3We're looking to hire Institution Counselor 3's at Olympic Heritage Behavioral Health, a psychiatric facility in Tukwila, Washington. Our recent acquisition of the former Cascade Behavioral Health hospital in Tukwila, which closed and ceased operations earlier this year, is a vital step in our commitment to examining a wide range of options to help us positively impact the needs of people awaiting behavioral health treatment.Olympic Heritage Behavioral Health (OHBH) is committed to patient care and we strive to serve all patients and family members with the utmost respect. We are looking to hire IC3s for our Rehabilitation Departments.The IC3s in the Rehabilitation Department will be providing therapeutic, engagement, and recreational activities for patients, primarily in a Treatment Mall setting. This position reports directly to a Therapies Supervisor. Final oversight is provided by the Chief Clinical Officer. You will work in close collaboration with social workers, psychologists, psychology associates, and other treatment team members to promote individualized wellness and recovery. This position will work either Sundays through Wednesdays or Wednesdays through Saturdays, 8:30am-7:00pm.Evening and Night shifts include a shift differential in addition to the standard compensation rate. King County employees receive 5% premium pay in addition to the advertised salary and are eligible to receive a free ORCA card for transportation use.
