Position OverviewThe Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC) is seeking candidates to fill a facilities analyst - principal architect vacancy in the Business Operations Division. This position will be responsible for a biennial survey of the condition of owned-facilities, estimating and prioritizing facility repairs, maintaining the inventory of facilities, and updating the capital space allowance model. The facilities analyst will also evaluate, report, and update data related to campus infrastructure replacement needs, and assist with facility audits for compliance with ADA rules. The Facilities Analyst will assist with budget development, allotment requests, allocations to colleges, prepare minor works change requests to OFM and the Legislature, and track expenditures in compliance with SBCTC's policies and state law.
Headquartered in Olympia, Washington, and reporting to the Capital Budget Director, this position may be eligible for hybrid or remote work.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities and reports to the Capital Budget Director.
