The OpportunityWSDOT is currently seeking applications for promotional opportunities to serve as a Terminal supervisor. Supervisors manage day-to-day terminal operations, including planning and providing continuous improvement in all processes and practices. A successful supervisor is a proactive individual who uses their exceptional communication skills to advance employer initiatives, ensure effective employee communication, and enforce collective bargaining agreements. In this role, you must develop reports, analyze data, and encourage superior position customer service among team members, as well as train, mentor, and build success for the entire team. What to ExpectSupervisors may be dispatched to remote terminals with little advanced notice, be required to effectively administer all terminals, and occasionally perform operational evaluations covering everything from staff schedules to trends in customer feedback/concerns.
