Sales Office Manager and Analysist
Summary/Objective:
STE wants to expand our management team by adding a sales underwriting analyst. This team member will work directly with the sales manager and our accounting department to ensure that sales are processed properly, ensuring accuracy for the company and our team. This position will have oversight in the establishment of key components of the company’s operational standards, specifically focusing on establishing policies and procedures, culture integration, inventory management, equipment finances, and processing management.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and execute policies and procedures to ensure deals are processed effectively and accurately.
- Applies advanced-level Underwriting, Sales, and Distribution Management skills to support overall book management.
- Track Profits, Rebates, Costs, and Accruals.
- Maintain fund management and verification of incoming sales.
- Manage COOP reimbursement and warranty registration from multiple vendors.
- Process, manage, and hold salesmen and clients for AR invoices.
- Develop and execute processes and procedures to streamline inventory management. This will include intake and invoicing, tracking and transferring, ordering, registration, and enforcing policies.
- Training and management of expectations of deal submission from Salesmen.
- Manages the office's daily operations by providing guidance and leadership necessary to assist the sales manager in achieving sales and profit goals.
- Procedural compliance to ensure that all transactions are handled following company policies and procedures.

- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Internet.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn or have past experiences with the following.
- Previous experience as a Staff Accountant or accounting background.
- Previous experience or knowledge of construction equipment.
- Previous experience or knowledge of DMS (Dealership Management Software) specifically HBS.
- Outgoing and detailed oriented.
