State University of New York Cortland is Hiring a Summer 2024 Assistant Near Cortland, NY
/Duties
The summer assistant will aid alumni engagement in preparing alumni programs including but not limited to Alumni Reunion, Orientation, and regional events, as well as assisting with event set up and breakdown. The summer assistant will also engage with alumni from all class years at events or over the phone. Additionally, the summer assistant may support the creation of marketing materials to promote events and initiatives.
Days/Hours Needed
20 hours per week, flexible schedule (may include nights and weekends)

Required Qualifications
Must be a regularly enrolled SUNY (including community college) student equating to at least half time:
During the academic year, students must be actively enrolled (minimum of six (6) undergraduate credit hours or four and a half (4.5) graduate credit hours) during the full course of their employment.
During the summer session or winter session, students must be accepted by the university and eligible/anticipated to enroll, as defined above, for summer classes or for the upcoming term.
Candidate must have a willingness to engage with alumni and be willing to assist with event execution.
