plier and vendor payments. This will be an entry-level position, and we are willing to train. We are looking for applicants who want to learn and can work well with a team. *Responsibilities:* * Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently, matching them with purchase orders and receiving reports. * Verify invoice discrepancies and resolve issues with suppliers in a timely manner. * Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on outstanding balances or credits. * Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions in the accounting system. * Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable. * Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors regarding payment inquiries and other financial matters. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as accounting regulations. *Qualifications:* * Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices. * Proficiency in accounting software (experience with QuickBooks is a plus). * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping. * Great communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
